Acrylic Carton Sealing Tape

Our water based acrylic carton sealing tape line is made with a special high-shear adhesive. Higher shear values mean greater holding power on boxes. Our tape conforms to FDA requirements for indirect food packaging. These products can make ideal cold temperature, refrigerator, and freezer tapes.

Bubble

Bubble material is durable, flexible, and provides exceptional protection during shipping. Bubble is available in 48″ wide rolls, called bundles. Choose from a range of bubble sizes: 1/8″, 3/16″, 5/16″ and 1/2″ along with slitting and perforating combinations to meet every packaging need.

3/16″ and 1/2 “(small & large) bubble are our standard bubble, though extra small and medium are also available.

Cast Machine Grade Stretch Film

Cast Stretch Film is co-extruded stretch film. This versatile, competitively priced stretch film’s broad specifications provide for excellent performance when wrapping most A and B loads. With up to 250% pre-stretch, it provides for high levels of strength, puncture resistance and cling. Clear optics and quiet unwind make this film the top choice for the widest range of applications.

This film comes in 20″ and 30″ wide rolls. The 20″ has 40 rolls per pallet and the 30″ has 20. The gauges go from 60 to 120.

Stretch Film

Blown film has cling on both sides, Conventional Hand Wrap is a three-layer, cast, co-extruded film that uses a standard 3″ I.D. core and is available in 12″, 15″, and 18″ widths. Footage on our 70, 75, 80, and 90 gauge film is 1,500 feet per roll and 2,000 feet per roll for 60 gauge. There are four rolls per case. Hand dispensers are available which fit rolls 12″ to 20″.

Super-8 / Packing Peanuts

FLO-PAK loose fill is made of 100% recycled polystyrene. Its lightweight and its shape make it flow perfect for quick packing and protection. FLO-PAK loose fill is cost effective, doesn’t chip or break so shipped items arrive safely. All FLO-PAK loose fill is given an anti-static bath so it does not cling to clothes or products.

Electronic grade peanuts have an additional anti-static treatment to ensure ESD protection for sensitive products.

Polyethylene Foam

Foam is a lightweight, inexpensive, easy to use material that works in a variety of applications providing cushioning, interleaving, and surface protection. Foam may be purchased in a standard roll width of 72″ and can be slit and perforated to customer requirements. Foam also is available in electronic grade when anti-stat material is required.

Corner Protectors

Corner board is a simple product that solves a wide range of packaging problems. Made by laminating recycled paperboard into a rigid right-angle shape, corner board provides edge protection as well as load containment, stabilization and uniform weight distribution.

Plastic Banding comes in three different colors: green, white and black. Polyester has a very high tensile strength, where polypropylene has the strength for your average banding needs.
